ive said it before with a 15 or 20 dollar price tag then why not give it the legends treatment,throw in accessories,alternate heads,hands,guns,props!
they could break down a 6" figure and use it as a BAF per wave,or a collect and connect backdrop where you could build up the front of westchester mansion!!!a hydra cave or even starks hall of armors.things like that could justify pricing!
also plastic clamshell the figures,the legends community have started a petition to get legends packaged again like the old toybiz figs to stop people stealing and swapping out figures and returning them to stores.

ive heard the argument about costs on plastic in the past but in this day and age with recycling technology being where it is at,that is kind of a redundant argument as many types of companies use recycled plastic to cut costs!
