I picked up an Arkham Origins Batman off of eBay last year (probably from China, I don't remember) and was less than pleased with the quality, particularly the cape. It looked like it hadn't been painted properly and it picked up dust like a magnet. I finally got around to making a custom cape for the figure. Before anyone asks about the material, I don't know the name. It wasn't anything I recognized. Basically, it's just some light weight fabric that didn't appear to be fraying on the ends.
