Does not smell legit at all.

I mean might be a legit store. I can't say whether it is or not, for sure. But that domain is not owned by Bandai.

Side note, that landing page domain, mybigcommerce.com, is registered to a "Technical Operatiosn" in Austin, TX. But it has been since 2008.
