The statement about no Reeve or Nicholson is likely very true. Sounds about right. Honestly, no Reeve Superman is going to beat the NECA one. Just buy that one before it’s too late. Mattel already made a Reeve and it sucked. Not sure why they even paid for the likeness when the figure doesn’t even resemble him. They did use an image from the movie, that looked like him😉
Seriously not trying to be super negative about this line, but all I see is Mattel has found a way to end NECA’s DC movie line. So instead of shrunk down versions of 1/4 scale amazing sculpts, we get these Mattel Multiverse.

I blame DC for a really bad decisions in 2017, and 2018 has shown no promise. DC movies have struggled, all the figure companies are taking a bath in JL stuff. The only company right now that has the edge with DC (IMO) is MAFEX. They have a little bit of everything, and they are doing an excellent job with making QC changes. Now if only the prices weren’t so high.
