The figures for that line were pretty interesting. Some of the villain characters that were done for that line were done in a "cinematic re-imagining" style (Black Cat and Kraven,) the inspiration being what the characters might look like should they ever appear in future movies. I dug that Mysterio at the time (even moreso because he was voiced by Bruce Campbell in the game, who even made some in-game Army Of Darkness references...) and I thought that it was an interesting and varied line at the time, even if they weren't up to high standard that was set by ToyBiz's legends that Hasbro had just acquired the license from only months earlier.

Those figures marked the beginning of the end for Legends at that time, as the Legends line become more and more difficult to find thanks to Hasbro's bad exclusive marketing, and as the figures themselves kept getting smaller and smaller until finally giving birth to the Marvel Universe line.

James Arnold Taylor actually voiced Mysterio in-game, Bruce Campbell was the narrator
