You know, after dealing with collectors for a few years, I find less and less fault with how Scott operated. Collectors are their own worst enemy and I have no doubt that they sucked all of the fun out of working for a toy company. I know they've sure sucked alot of the fun out of running a toy store.
Anyway, I just looked him up to confirm his trajectory and I think it's sad that he landed at Entertainment Earth. What a shithole company. Nobody there is actually interested in toys. Their in-house brand is a joke and has absolutely nothing going for it having utterly squandered every license they've ever managed to pick up. Unless he has a free hand to actually do something interesting, which he won't because their primary focus is on scamming distribution clients, he won't be there very long either. God damn, if there's anybody that's done more harm to the industry than Bain Capital, it's the insufferable fuckups at Entertainment Earth. Really should've stayed at Mattel, Scott...
