This is actually a really good idea and it's not like they are going to release an MCU Quicksilver some other method at this point.
I also find it funny that the Infinity War figures look terrible but the 10th anniversary legends look really good. The difference in head sculpts for Captain America alone shows a large difference in quality and it's kind of surprising. With the new movie coming out, you'd think Marvel would want their absolute best figures associated with the latest movie so they can sell more of them. The only figures they seemed to get accurate were the characters that don't look that amazing in the trailers anyway.
I suppose their theory is that with the movie coming out, they don't need to make the figures perfect since a lot of kids will want their parents to buy the figures anyway after seeing the movie.
