I think there might just be a general sale on all figures listed as "Spider-Man Legends", as Target's system doesn't really seem to distinguish between individual waves and figures. On the website they're (the older ones, the newest wave still isn't listed yet) on sale for $11.99, in most stores in my area they ring up as $12.29.

EDIT: here's a group shot. Rather liking this wave; most of them aren't quote spectacular, but they're all still quite nice.
