Besides, a majority of it
is
the financial. As has been stated (both here and elsewhere), TRUs do make a decent amount of money, but due to the debts that the private owners have steeped the company in, all that money goes into a big, burning pit of debt repayment, and little, if any, of that money actually goes into the company itself.
