I have generally never been able to find anything in the few stores I have been in. However, K-Mart's website came through like a champ a few years back when they had Hydra and AIM soldiers for $14 each when they were $30+ everywhere else. Army built my goons thanks to them.

So apparently some Legends at some Walgreens are still ringing up on sale. Just snagged Mr. Fantastic for $12.99.
