Hot Topic carries these for $11 and with their discounts it would be slightly less. These are in boxes, but the character is listed on the top of the box, the only issue is the Red version is a chase and is not identified on the box as a chase.

Also the item location you listed says California, so I think you would be fine if you did purchase them.
