It actually explains why stores don't get in any more figures of certain waves while other stores keep getting them in.
Just my opinion here, but I think pegging the distribution problems on the concept of stolen items/returned stolen items is a stretch. Bought and returned maybe more so, but i would find it hard to believe that theft on that scale would affect stock so much. A slight bit yes, but like what was pictured I'm not so sure.
No offense intended. I mean, i disagree with the theory but I'm not saying you're wrong to have the theory.
