This figure has long bothered me that some things are off about the face. The hair and eyebrows are too light. The eyebrows are also too thin. I didn't like that the moustache stubble doesn't connect in the middle. And, the eyes seem too squinty. I know in season one, he had less stubble, but I went for it anyway. My only gripe now is that his flesh tone is too dark.
He's a vampire that avoids the sun, yet the figure is way more tan than Jesse Custer's. I suck at painting and re-doing his flesh tone would mean trying to reapply his tattoos and that seems like a big "nope". The sculpt is actually really well done in terms of likeness of Joseph Gilgun, but the factory paint didn't really do it any favours. I snapped the pics when the paint was still wet. When it dries it won't be so shiny.

Now I just have to figure out what bugs me about the Custer figure. I really wish this line would have continued. There have been some great new characters revealed that would make great toys, such as Herr Starr and All-Father. Not to mention we never got Tulip and Eugene. Sigh...
