It is a Batman vs Superman playset this one was a Wal-Mart Exclusive that came with an unmasked Batman figure. I paid very little for it as it was heavily clearanced at most stores.

There also was a green and yellow version that was made for Justice League and was a TRU exclusive. There are actually some different accessories included. Once I get my comic Ironman figures all sorted I will post a pic of that one as well.
