Well that was easily the worst experience ordering from them. Was on the site right as the pre-order button appeared, thought my order was good but then at the end it never produced an order number but took my rewards points I used. Figured I'd try again just in case and every order after that just gave my payment declined. Decided to call them to see what the deal was and they basically said they have no record of me making an order BUT have record of my rewards points being used for that item. Huh???? Well, I got my rewards points back "Due to a glitch in the server" as the note next to the points refund states... but alas I have no Batman. Anyone with an extra order... I'll gladly make an offer for it. PM me.

In an even weirder twist, I am trying to join the waitlist and it's still telling me my payment is declined. The fuck?

Well I think I found the culprit. Was just attempting to check my bank account for a charge and go figure their servers are all down... great timing there. I think I just found my final reason to switch banks
