It's pretty good man, I only collect some of the Elites so far, I plan on getting some Legends figures eventually. The Elites/Legends & upcoming Defining Moments figures are all fully articulated. The basic figures, and regular 2 pack figures have t-crotch. All in all, the line is FAR better under Mattel's hands in my opinion, compared to Jakks. With Jakks, the Great Khali and Rey Mysterio would be the same size. Even in TNA, everyone is the same size save for Samoa Joe, but even then, he is the same height as everyone!
With Mattel it's different. Kane and Undertaker tower over Mysterio. Marc Henry is big. Vladamir Koleslaw is bigger than someone like Randy Orton. Articulation is great on Elites/Legends.
I wanted to collect WWE figures for years but never started until Mattel got the WWE license.
