With Mafex's scale, 5.5-5.7" is probably better range. But I think 6.3 might just be a place holder. I can't see a legible measurement anywhere in the picture and 6.3 is about the same as all the other Mafex Marvel figures. But the Revoltech is 6.1 and once you get him hunched down, he looks fine.
While most Mafex figs are at the 6.3 inch size, some are not. For example Iron Spider from Infinity War is 5.7 inches and Big Chap Alien is 8 inches. I do agree Mafex has stepped up. It seems they are trying to build their figures to scale for the most part. The increased quality of the more recent figures is reflected in the price. Early Mafex figures were around $50 while the newer figures are around $90. I've always believed you get what you pay for and Mafex figures are a perfect example of this. While I am a Mezco guy, Mafex is making some pretty sharp figures these days and they scale nicely with my one 12's and my
Marvel Legends. Which is why I have a few Mafex on pre-order. I much prefer Mafex over Figuarts. The Figuarts seem small in comparison to the others. Not just height but, overall size
