I'll admit I had to look up Reese's signature look but it is significantly different from Skullbuster. As you mentioned, Reese is one of the more human looking Reavers and that's why I don't get why they couldn't give him his own body. Heck, looking at my collection now I can see that Hasbro had enough parts to cobble together a decent looking Reese or if they wanted to slap a Reese head on a completed body then I would've went with a slightly retooled tactical Killmonger.
