1) Very few scientists have made the claim that

dinos had feathers. The evidence has long been there for the small theropods, and some question about larger ones, but feathered sauropods, duckbills, or armored dinos were never widely believed to be feathered. So, for the most part, the JW line is ok.
2) This is the Jurassic World toyline. The toys are meant to be accurate to the movie, so if you have complaints about the scientific accuracy of a sub-par Hollywood blockbuster, go to Speilberg. The toys do what they should - provide a fun experience for kids who enjoy the JW films, and are the best main stream, kid-oriented dinosaur toys in a long time, maybe ever. More importantly to the toy industry, they have been successful. There is still a significant amount of shelf space dedicated to the toyline, long after most such movie tie ins (like Rampage, or Black Panther) have vanished.
3) If you want a good, accurate, feathered dino line, check out Creative Beasts studios, and support their upcoming (non-feathered) line of Ceratopsians.
