According to the statement I read...no, they're not. Supposedly they're offering up the "customer service reserves." In other words they had a cache of all these products set aside as potential replacements for folks that had problems with theirs, and are now releasing that cache to the public.

Though that might have been only for the MotUC stuff, and not the rest (though it seems extremely likely with the DCUC stuff, too).

For example, from my understanding this is NOT supposed to be the "Battle Cat Re-Release" unless Mattycollector has changed their tune in the last couple weeks.

Expect their "Cyber Monday sale" to be more of a "Cyber Minute Sale" if the above is true. Kinda like Zodac last month.
