I loved assembling the Mini-pla models and happily picked up all three sets (I preordered them all except Titanus), but after messing with them for a bit and comparing the price to the detail and size, I feel like they are too expensive.

I love the look of the SoC trio and man they look absolutely amazing together even if they have their issues. I think that part of the problem is the design. These clunky dino robots form a clunky giant robot, and if you split a dragon down the middle and open the back of a brachiosaurus you have a killer Ultra Mega Clunky robot! I will always love me some MMPR, but the designs and concepts from Japan don't make for the best toys. They do look great when displayed together, you just cant really get any action poses.
