Thing is, it isn't on us as consumers to make the Bring Arts line successful, it's on Square. There's TONS of characters from Square I'd love to have figures of, especially from Nier/Drakengard (just look at my avatar) but if they break as soon as I take them out of the box, what good are they?
Also, as much as I like some of my Bring Arts figures, they definitely aren't on the level of Figma, Figuarts, Mafex, ThreeZero, or Storm in either articulation or sculpt, and WAY below in quality. Yet they charge just as much, if not more than most of these companies.
Plus, someone please correct me if I'm wrong here, but Square owns Bring/Play Arts directly, right? Like they don't even have to pay a licensing fee to make stuff, which should translate into less expensive figures, no?
I loved the Play Arts Kai Line.
Bring Arts not so much.
Play Arts Kai was Cancelled because People did
ONLY Complain about Price and Quality.
I did not have A SINGLE Play Arts Kai that Broke.
I did not notice any bad Paint Applications either.
Maybe People just got Cheap Bootlegs or were unlucky with their delivered Copy.
Play Arts Kai Sephiroth or KH3, these Figure were Perfection.
But the Line went do the Hill, because People only cried
"I do not have that much Money" > Then Start saving.
You have around 6 Month from announce to Release.
Is it so hard to save Money during that Time?
Bring Art is a Step back, i have noticed. My KH3 Rikus Arm Broke also.
But i could imagine that this will be the Final Line.
I could not Imagine that another "Action Figure Line" with
KH and FF Characters follows after that.
I always wanted an Super Expensive (Maybe 300$)
KH3 Sora or Cloud with around 12" Size and Real Cloth
Clothing similar to Hot Toys, but this will also never happen.
