Lucky. I always had nothing but issues with them from just out right canceling my subscription by mistake to not updating my proper mailing address and then accidentally forgetting to set aside my subbed figure before they sold it to the Day of Sale buyers. At one point I also paid for them to ship me one of the vehicles via UPS and they shipped it via USPS for half the cost and never actually refunded me the difference.
