All of the members of Alpha Flight would be fairly easy to do except Puck. Aurora and Northstar would essentially be basic body repaints, the only new tooling would be heads. Shaman, as mentioned all the parts are already there, except needing a new head. Snowbird might require a little more work but not much, of course a new head for her as well. And Vindicator (heather) would once again be a basic body repaint with a new head.

I get they are lower tier characters than much of what we've got, but overall they are probably mid-tier in prominence, and since they don't require much new sculpting it wouldn't be too much to ask for 1-2 new members a year. That would put us on track for having a finished core team by 2022.

It would be different if we were asking for some of the members that require a bit more new parts - yeah Box I'm looking at you.
