Only in later seasons of the cartoon and in crap like Turtles Forever, after parent groups cried because the TMNT had... gasp... violence! were the TMNT reduced to clowns.
I honestly see more of the figuarts ones here than the neca ones, but well, maybe I remember another cartoon.
