This again? IBTrav himself is already basing his work and making money off of other people's character designs, art styles, and intellectual properties (without giving them any credit or compensation), so he really has no credibility at all to complain.
That said, while I felt previous claims of NECA basing their Toony Terrors on his work could be dismissed as mere coincidence at best and baseless whining at worst, I have to admit that the Nun's pose in this instance appears to be directly lifted from IBTrav's Scooby Doo pic. I mean, it's exact.
Again, however, I have no pity for a man who rips off other people's work complaining that people are ripping off his work. But I do see where people are coming from in this instance, and it gives validity to the previous claims.
