why are you comparing it to the bandai figure? that's essentially putting the bar on the floor. might aswell use the ljn from the 80's as benchmark then.
this is a line based on the cartoon art, that is why grune look the way he does, same for panthro, jackalman, mumm-ra (both mummy and everliving) and even lion-o so if every other figure they have released is based on that.
then that is what tygra should look like in terms of likeness, and he does not, nor is there anything about the face sculpt what so ever that invokes the personality of tygra.
the face is to narrow and angular, his tufts/mane is to small and has the wrong shape to boot and the eyeshape is flat out wrong.
these are 45$ per figure, and outside of mumm-ra the everliving the sculpts on this wave does not even warrant a 20$ price mark.
