All Marvel Legends are in a 6" scale, technically they stand a bit over 6". The ones that pay homage to the Toybiz packaging are still regular figures just in the different packaging. For the X-men there has only been one retro style wave, all other figures have been sold in the standard boxes or in multipacks. Unfortunately for your position a number of X-men have already come and gone and backtracking for them can get pricey especially if they were exclusive, part of a multipack, or a BAF.
