Never had a problem with either. Also, Neca CAN'T do wide distribution. In fact, in the decades I've purchased Neca, I've NEVER known them to do wide distribution of ANY figures. They've always had a partnership with a few vendors. Their licenses are almost always ONLY limited, non-competitive releases. I know it pisses people off, but it's not Neca's problem you or anyone else can't get a product. Neca is selling them the best way their license allows. I'd rather have people whine about not finding a figure over NO ONE ever get a chance at these figures.

Sure, if you are one of the few (and really few) that can actually get their stuff, why care? I would probably be on the same boat.
The license issue, while it is another story indeed, sounds more like an excuse at this point in the game just to defend a really bad operations job (it is not like they are a kickstarter company)
And the whole thing gets aggravated when they go all bells ringing and drums rolling announcimg they are having a wide spread when truth is the opposite and don't even accept the situation.
The really few ones that are benefitted are in the vast majority scalpers. Take the Bebop/Rocksteady fiasco as an example.
It is easier to get them overseas than in the "same production" country. That is just lame.
