NBA (also TNBA) stands for (The) New Batman Adventures.
I would imagine that any reissues would feature the cel-shading that we're seeing on the already announced reissues. I think all of the old figures they had on display are good choices for reissue as they would be relevant to the new comic, the new action figures, or were just sold well the first time around.

They probably haven't made any more due to the original 8 being tied in with the DC Universe streaming service. From their end, it wouldn't look like there was much interest in the figures since a lot of DC fans didn't sign up for the service and even fewer would have purchased the figures at $28 a piece, plus shipping. Now that the original 8 will be released to the public in 2020, DCD may see more interest in JLU and decide to make more characters. However, it would probably be a limited roster since a lot of the JLU characters only had one episode to star in. The most likely candidates are Green Arrow, Black Canary, Huntress, and updated versions of Green Lantern and Hawkgirl.
