Actually, the ip was not purchased. Only the molds. The original company is disputing what Boss Fight is allowed to do with them... they seem to think they can only be used in very limited ways, only for creating figures that are not similar at all to the original Zombie Labs releases. Seems really unreasonable to me... if you sell the molds, the purchaser will obviously want to use them.

Boss Fight did all the original sculpts for the figures, so it's kind of returning them home in a way. They have also been working to correct a number of fit differences (compared to other HACKS figures) to make them fully compatible with other BFS HACKS figures.
