I recently picked up some Mask vintage figures and having trouble identifying one of them and want to complete these.

Who is the blonde guy with brown overalls and blue boots? He was among these other figures and is the same size as the others but I am not finding him on online checklists. Anyone recognize this guy?

I am looking for the helmets of these figures. I can trade or buy. If you want to trade I will show you some trade stuff I have but I only have vintage. If you have some of these masks please let me know. Thank you
