What are you talking about? Back when Bandai did the MM line for the cartoon series I bought all of the Robot Masters. When Jazzwares did the Retro Roto line, I bought them all. I also bought Quick Man when they did him in the regular line too, but they never did anyone else. Oh, and then when Mattel did the Battle Network line, I also bought all of the other characters.

I stopped collecting Mega Man stuff after a while because no one would commit to doing a line that would give at least one completed roster of villains be it Robot Masters or Mavericks. Those Nel guys did like Cutman and that was it, but he was some sort of Japan only exclusive too, so ordering him would have cost like $200.
