Looks like the fabricating is going really well. Those jackets look finely tailored and sewn. Quality looking craftsmanship there. The masks look well printed as well. Good job!!!!!!

I agree with the others about the designs though. Real lack of inspiration and creativity. I've seen it so much. I get the impression your main interest in figure making is the actually making of the figure and its parts. The art looks like it was more of a chore to get to the figure making.
The switch to the geometric head design helps set it apart. We don't tend to see that a lot in the figure world. But it doesn't add enough purpose or desirability.
Why the geometric design? Does it fit the overall composition of the piece?
It looks more like a last minute attempt to give it a unique identity. That's less appealing.
Is that the body of the figure you are going to use in the picture? If so, it doesn't have any of the geometric features. A collector couldn't show the body at all if the two clash. Less desirability.
Even the clothes should either be working with, or juxtaposed, to the geometric design in some way so it appears as a complete design. Complete designs have a greater ability to target specific interests a person might have. Or, inspire that interest in a person because its message is clear.

The geometric element is different but different isn't always good. Maybe your first designs are better at this point because it's truer to the original concept. You already look like you are quite far into some kind of production. There may be too many changes you need to make at this stage to execute the geometric design.
The original concept is derivative, but if that element is cohesive, it might appeal to people who like that type of product. If you muddle that concept with a "unique" element it will probably work against you more than for you.

There should be more time spent fine tuning concept artwork before going into the massive amount of production to make the characters exist in real life. I failed too many times rushing into production with a half-baked concept.
For example, Spike Mira with the belly button wallet chain. That's not a finely tuned design for spring boarding production.

I have some concept design experience if you would like some help with it. It might be late now according to your production. I could brainstorm a few things to help the current production. You want people saying, "Yeah, I'd buy that in a heart beat".....
