Just a couple of quick fixes and mods to keep myself busy...
I was never able to find the energy shield version of the Agent Steve Rogers figure when it originally hit stores, and the figure drives a pretty hefty price on the secondary market at times. So imagine my delight when I saw the shield accessory (

) by itself in an Ebay auction for about ten bucks shipped. MINE SUCKA!
Took me less than 5 minutes to fix too (adding the fabric strap to Steve's regular shield took a bit longer.) One person's garbage truly is another person's gold.
Speaking of shield fixes, added a strap to the shield on the Abomination wave Gamerverse Cap, which didn't really fit all that well on the figure thanks to that wretched clip system Hasbro uses. Not only can Cap wear it properly now, but the clip can easily slip back into place thanks to the softer, more rubbery plastic the brace uses, and can still fit onto Cap's back with the elastic strap still attached.
I can't wait to get this Cap lined up with some Classified Joes.
And finally, I had mentioned previously that I didn't care much for the BW headsculpt that many were using for their Colleen Wing customs, and found one I feel works better in the Burnside Spider-Woman. Took a bit of grinding down to get a perfect fit, but I love how it came out.
I played around with a couple of different options in trying to replicate Colleen's sneakers, but unfortunately, I couldn't find one that really worked. The shoes from the MCU figure don't fit on the Widow body (and are a completely different white) and the issue is that most legends characters that have the shoe/boot lace molds tend to be smaller figures on teen bodies. Ideally, I'd love to use the croc/sneaker styled shoes that come with the new Sue Storm, but even then getting them painted to match this rather shiny pearlescent plastic that they used for Widow's catsuit is gonna be a ridiculous challenge to color match, so I'm probably just gonna stick with this as is until Hasbro gives us a proper Daughter of the Dragon...
