People don’t want to pay scalpers, but you’ll pay a company the same price for 1 figure?
I agree about Target, and the stock situation is a crap shoot. However, they had improvements lined up and then Covid-19 hit. Even now I have seen people find B&R.
Anytime you get irritated about NECA TMNT, flashback to 2015 and before when we had next to nothing! Playmates crap and overpriced “collector” figures. I love TMNT, but (truthfully) I gave up on collecting any TMNT figures, then NECA came along. They originally made Mirage, but years later we have 1990, toon, arcade, turtles in time, and soon Secret of the Ooze. Nobody else has even come close to doing that!
Fact is, the license restrictions suck for TMNT. You have to understand that..once you do, you won’t be complaining so much. You’ll just be thankful they were made at all.
Maybe because we saw the possibilities of a NECA/Wal-Mart partnership back when they had boxed Robocop and Endoskeletons for sale... Oh, sorry, I mean when they were SUPPOSED to have them for sale, and none of the 10 stores I checked had ANY. Wal-Mart has a horrible track record here, so forgive us for being skeptical!
