I think it depends on which particular angle/photo you look at it from. In the head on shot, she looks more Connelly, or to be more accurate, less Gadot.
However, I think the problem/phenomenon with these sculpts in general is that it depends on what features registered in a persons mind when they saw the face of the person. While I see Connelly because of certain features I weighed differently when seeing the faces of those persons, another like Ace will see it as impossible because of some other feature that registered in his mind when he saw Connelly. To him, every feature that his mind registered to identify Gadot will be checked with this figure, while for me and the commenter before me, it won’t.
That is why I personally try to stay away from wanting the figure to look like the person. Even the actual person can look a little like someone else at the right angle, proper lighting and so forth. This is why for me, as long as they don’t make it look odd (like the female head sculpts we used to get from Western action figures sometime ago, I think they are good enough!
