Seriously where do you live in the country that you've never had any issues finding NECA TMNT figures in store. The only time I've seen them is in really remote areas that happened to have a Target. If you live in California, you have zero chance.
Perhaps they can re-route some of their products to places where people actually live? I swear they're sending the same amount of figures to every Target regardless of population.
