Well they started out smaller for sure back at their debut, but became much larger over the years, so I don't think there has to be a right answer and can be left up to your interpretation, especially in regards to having action figures and displaying them.

Personally, like most things X-Men I defer to the 90's cartoon, and in "Night of the Sentinels" they were pretty big and match the depicted scale of this new figure best. But I'm also in the camp of not having the time, space, or money to army build a $350 figure, so if I get one he'll either be a standalone Sentinel or will be the Master Mold leader to the couple of MU Sentinels I already have.
