I think mattel should make ultraverse figs since they dont have dc anymore and ultraverse really deserves some figs.

Yeah, Marvel did indeed buy Malibu Comics back in the 90's mainly because DC was interested in buying it. Secondary was for the now outdated printing/coloring process Malibu was using. Marvel only kept the characters around for a short time after purchasing the characters. In the contracts the original creators would get a percentage of any profits from the characters which is probably why they shelved the characters.


So if we were every to get official figures of them they would currently be made by Hasbro since they are a Marvel property. In the Marvel multiverse the Ultraverse universe exist on Earth-93060.
