Look at Deadpool; since the movie Hasbro has made tons of Deadpools, but not a single one was based on the movie. I don't think not making merchandise for a rival companies films meets any kind of definition for insanity. Greedy and perhaps unnecessarily petty but not insane.

These look fine. Hasbros photoreal promo pictures are notoriously inaccurate so I'm not too worried about the less than stellar images.
