Neca makes toys for toy collectors. These are adult collectibles and advertised as such. You for some reason feel everyone should fit into your bubbles. You honestly y]think every celebrity hates their fans? Every company hates their customers? You are one of the most jaded people I’ve seen on these sites.

I've known many of the behind the scenes people at several toy companies. I've had drinks with them. I've been in or around the industry for decades. They don't HATE their customers. Never said they did. Just the conventions are often headaches. Like I said, necessary evils. Meeting the genuinely thankful customers they love. Unfortunately, the vast majority of what they get are a lot of "christmas lists" and complaints... and the before-mentioned BO. LOTS of BO. Number 1 issue. That's all.
