Anyone actually paying attention to HT over the years knows a teaser or a prototype means absolutely nothing until the preorder goes up.
If secondary market value had nothing to do with what they're choosing lately, they wouldn't have re-released the Iron Man Mk 47. The Holographic Mark IV is an exclusive, not general release. They've done an Iron Man variant the last several years for those, so that's not surprising and definitely not taking up room from Padme, Jango, 3PO and Cyborg.
The first 3 should be general releases and not exclusives. Howard Chan said in an interview that they're not making Cyborg, so just forget that one totally.
