Nah dude. They had enough time to figure the logistics of this, and to make an army builder a store exclusive? That is indeed some BS. I know we'll probably get more versions of the trooper down the line, but I'm already soured on this series. Plus, Targets are notorious for being feast or famine with exclusives (Carbonized Mando, Gammorean Guard? Never even saw them in stores. Whatshisnuts Slug Guy from the Solo movie? I could build a house with the unsold boxes of him!) There's way more important shit for me to be dedicating mental bandwidth to besides jonesing for severely under-produced toys by a company just trying to get me in their store to browse
