I mean, I honestly cannot think of anything else that would fit all those requirements AND be in the same wave together.

It could be the rumored second GamerVerse wave. If that has the same three game figures and four comic figures as the first one, that could work.

- Tigra: pre-2014 redo
- Quasar: 3.75” redo
- Count Nefaria: never had a figure

... there’s some other applicable figures for those hints, I’m spit-balling here.
