@Vash: I agree, CGI can't take the place of good storytelling.
I gotta agree with blade runner 2049. The biggest problem, like indianna jones, ford is too damn old. Plus the plot was weak as hell. And the ending sucked majorly. Honestly the shoulda used the book blade runner 2 edge of human as it was a much more entertaining and better paced setting.
And yes cgi is waaayyyyyy relied on. Thats why movies like alien, aliens the og sw trilogy will be better than the newer stuff......they had REAL PROPS and sets. I mean empire had a life size falcon built for that movie. Hell i wish i could bought it to use it as a house!
