I lined up (crudely) the BAF pieces as shown in the pics, and then set it next to Stilgar. So he should just be a bit taller.

So Baron is the only out of scale figure? Or would he also be in 7" scale since he's supposed to be a larger character? I wonder if the 12" include the stick hovering him.
