Firestar was part of the 2009 TRU 3-pack with Iceman and Spider-Man. So no, she doesn't count. The others you mentioned are from this year and are eligible.

You can vote for whatever is your favorite, as long as it was released this year (2010). Personally, I've been voting for things I actually own in most cases. It's hard for me to judge a toy that I've only ever seen in pics, so I try to stay away from that.
And I'm also one of those people who would consider a 3.75" figure superior to a Hot Toys figure on occasion. Not only do I consider sculpt, articulation and accessories, but I include price as well. I personally think that the Walmart exclusive War Machine is
better
than the Hot Toys War Machine because that $13 toy does a lot of the same things that the $200 toy does, but doesn't cost me a utility payment to do it.
