Its all about practice dude. I had never even picked up a real camera or touched photoshop 3 years ago.

I don't even have that many dioramas. I just try to shoot them differently every time I break them out. Often times what you're looking at isn't even a real diorama, but a digirama. Where my computer monitor is displaying a picture behind the figures and I've decorated the foreground to add depth. This is a dio though. It's a cardboard playset from Ready-Setz

Exar Kun, before the last shot, is a digirama. The background is fake. He's just standing on some fake grass in front of my monitor. In fact the light glint on CC's helmet is the same one on Kuns shoulder LOL
