If Living Tribunal were a villain then it would make sense but he's not. The In-Betweener is often antagonistic and has more immediate associations with balance so maybe it could be him. Of course the balance angle could just tie back to the BAF being a "deep cut" while most of the wave is more recognizable.

Are there any characters with the term "deep cut" that would benefit by having a piece that would come with the AIM army builder dude?
